Dear Emblem Sisters and Brothers,

It is my honor to serve again as your 95th State President. My reason for a
second term, to help keep the organization going. I would like to thank our Angel, Jr. SPP Carla Horton, and her slate of officers for their service this past year. I know Carla is looking down on us and wishing us well.

As your President, I ask that we take the time to listen to each other, help
each other and remember we are all here for the same reasons. Let’s
concentrate on helping those who have served, so we can be free. Those
who are in recovery and need our support. Those who are alone and
would appreciate a call. A small act of kindness can change a person’s life.
